Delivery Information
Returns Policy
There is no return policy , order once placed and received by the customer, guardian, security-guard, reception cannot be returned back at what so ever may be the condition.
Normal Delivery
Deliveries will be carried out for addresses within Udaipur City, Rajasthan only. The deliveries will only be applicable for orders which ‘opt for delivery’. ‘Opt for delivery’ refers to the orders which have selected home delivery while checking out and have paid the delivery charges.
- All orders which opt for delivery are delivered between 10 am and 6 pm in normal delivery time.
- If the order is placed between 10 am and 6 pm of a working day, and the order opts for delivery the order will be delivered within 3 hours of order placement.
- If the order is placed between 6 pm and 12 am and opts for delivery, the order will be fulfilled in the next working day’s normal delivery time (10am to 6pm).
- If the order is placed between 00 am and 10 am on a working day and opts for delivery, the order will be fulfilled on the normal delivery time (10am to 6pm) of the same day.
- If the order is placed between 00 am and 10 am on a non-working day and opts for delivery, the order will be fulfilled on the normal delivery time (10am to 6pm) of the next working day.
Substitution Policy :
If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address , it may be substituted with the next best available flavour, colour, shape , size.
